In 2022, Lebanese friends Carla and Chloe began CooX from a small Beirut kitchen, united by a love for generous cookies, thoughtful design, and the warmth of sharing something freshly baked. Their idea was simple: create a proudly Lebanese brand that brings bold hospitality together with the precision of French-inspired pastry.
Our goal: to give Lebanon a cookie experience of its own—fresh from the oven, generous in flavour, and made with carefully chosen ingredients. Carla and Chloe spent more than a year refining every recipe through over 1,000 baking trials, balancing global pastry craft with the joyful spirit of Lebanese hospitality.
In 2023, CooX opened its first home in Beirut. What began around a kitchen table became a warm neighbourhood destination—one that serves cookies fresh from the oven and brings people together, one box and one joyful moment at a time.
In 2024, CooX expanded its signature collection with playful seasonal creations and generous toppings. Every release was developed in Beirut and designed to turn an everyday cookie run into a joyful moment worth sharing.
In 2025, CooX grew beyond Beirut with new shops in Batroun, Jounieh, Byblos and Tripoli. Every new counter kept the same promise: cookies baked fresh, warm service, and a space that feels unmistakably CooX.
By 2026, CooX had become a 30-person Lebanese team serving five open locations—and the next chapter reaches beyond cookies. New drinks, flavours and store experiences carry the same CooX spirit, while Saida, Tyre, Zahle and Achrafieh prepare to join the journey.
